What are your office hours?

Our office is open six days a week for your convenience.
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Saturday 8 am - 4 pm Sunday – Closed

When can I access my storage unit?

Between 6am-10pm 7 days a week.

How far away from Klein are you?

We are less than 10 minutes away, which is nothing when you consider all the amenities and conveniences you will find at the end of your short drive!

Is your facility secure?

Yes! We take security seriously because we want you to feel confident about your decision to leave your possessions with us. Our facility is fully fenced, gated with coded access, 11 camera's and state-of-the-art security system.

Do you offer online bill pay?

Absolutely! We are happy to accept online payments and auto payments. 

Are your units climate controlled? 

Yes! Your belongings need protection from the Texas climate, so we offer units with climate control to keep the heat away from your items. 

Do you offer recreational vehicle parking? 

We do! We offer parking for cars, boats, and RVs. We even have covered and uncovered options. Give us a call to discuss the available units!

Do you offer Business or Commercial storage?
Absolutely! We are here for you to accomodate any and all storage needs big or small.

I visited Texas Mega Storage today for information on a storage unit. I was greeted with a big smile and a big "hello" by Rochelle, as soon as I walked in. She is a delight! She showed me a storage unit in the climate controlled section and I was sold...the size of the unit and location, and best of all, the rental price! She had me signed up and out the door in about 20 mins! Super customer service! Carol

Property is pretty well kept and not much heard about brake ins which is positive. No lights or outlets in a 10x25 unit so be prepared for that but the staff is very friendly and holds expectations for their tenants making it nice to store in common grounds with other people
