She was extremely pleasant and helpful and took us around to see the storage options as well as answered all our questions. I told her on our last visit that she was the reason we chose TX Mega Stg. We last minute closed on a house and needed a moving truck, to our surprise we were able to book a reservation right online the evening before pickup. The process was so simple, we literally called the following day to make sure we were all set. We spoke with Rochelle who confirmed our reservation and answered our additional questions. When we arrived a gentlemen was there, he was helpful and had us all set for our move. Both were very helpful, kind and provided great customer service. Who doesn't love simple, especially when you are trying to move. Thank you Rochelle and your team!“

I bought a car and was out of town. So they helped me secure the locker and worked with the dealership in terms of putting the car away and locking it up for me.
Storage facility is secure, very clean and the front deck lady is the best. Friendly, very helpful and a joy to talk to.
Highly recommend this place for storage
